The future of work is no longer faraway. We are now experiencing it. One of the most significates change we are encountering is the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resources (HR). Now a days from the talent acquisition to employee engagement AI is playing a significant role. Its smooth the HR professionals’ functions making more effective, and more data driven.

AI is entirely changing the recruitment process. Resume parsers, chatbots, and predictive analytics are become popular tools among HR teams for screening candidates. It will more effective and smooth the recruitment process. Platforms like HireVue use to video interviews, providing insights on candidates’ communication styles and emotional cues (Dastin,J. 2018). These tools not only saving the time it will also helps to select best candidate without any bias.          





2. Personalized Employee Experience

AI enable companies to get tailored employee experiences by analyzing data based on behavior, preferences, and performance. Also, AI systems can be used get personalized learning and development plans or detect early signs of disengagement (Gartner, 2020). This will promote talent retention and support for the employee growth.

3. Automating Routine Tasks

AI can be used to routine HR task like scheduling interviews, managing leave requests, and answering FQAs using chatbots like Talla or Leena AI. This will help HR professionals to focus more time on strategic functions like culture building and leadership development.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

AI powered analytics tools help HR to make accurate decisions by using data. For an example, predictive models can help forecast turnover rates or identify high-potential employees, leading to better workforce planning (LinkedIn, 2020).

Even though AI brings efficiency and intelligence to HR role, relevant authorities should keep their mind that HR is still about people. Ethical considerations, transparency, and empathy must remain central as AI becomes more integrated.
