However, companies should more focus on maintaining productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction in order to effective the remote working culture. Here are some practices that companies can be used for building better remote working environment.

working culture. Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zoom are the most famous
communication platforms among remote working environment. Setting guidelines on
response times, preferred communication channels, and regular check-ins can
prevent misunderstandings and enhance team cohesion (Murray, 2021).

A remote workforce can sometimes feel isolated. To
overcome these, employees can engage with virtual team-building activities,
casual coffee chats and dedicated social channels will help employees to connect
